**Update** Brook is no longer at The Red Room, she's moved to Jason David Hair Studio and she's still amazing! I had been wanting a Balayage so badly for so long. I had gone to another salon to get it done but left completely unsatisfied and so upset. A girlfriend recommended that I go see Brooke at The Red Room and I am so glad that I did. Brooke saved me! When we first chatted, she knew exactly what I wanted and what would work on me even before I could say it to her. My hair came out exactly as I had hoped! Not only is she super talented and knows what she's doing, but she's also so much fun and super sweet! Thank you Brooke!!

very disappointed by the customer service that I received from Ayano. Whoever hired her should be questioned.
