I have been going to Bob and Page since they opened and I see all their stylists due to my varying personal schedule. They are ALL amazingly talented and creative stylists who truly care about the look you want to achieve with you hair. They listen to your ideas, offer solid advice, and are forever current and on point. They are all incredibly skilled stylists. I find it hard to read about a client complaining that a stylist is off sick or that a client was not aware of pricing and thus blames the stylist?! To the review by “SJH” - all service costs at Bob and Page are clearly listed on line and one can always confirm costs with the stylist if needed. I have blow outs in many cities as I travel, and all places have a basic blow out fee with add ons at a cost if desired. This just makes sense - add on services means more time needed and more work for the stylist. Jessica’s (and all the stylist’s) work is impeccable and completed with the utmost care and professionalism. The front desk always hosts a price list also. Keep up the stunning work Bob and Page - I’m truly at home when I visit and you are a true gem in the City!

Very unhappy with Jessica's work. I've seen other reviews that express satisfaction with her so maybe she had a bad day...Also, beware of hidden fees! Even if you think you know what you'll be charged because the fees for services are listed on their site, you should definitely ask--for instance, they charge a very reasonable $25 for a blowout and on their site, they boast "whether your hair is thick, long, curly or straight – it’s always one flat fee!" But that isn't really true. If they fail to achieve the "blowout" look with the round brush and blow dryer and need to use a curling iron, they add an extra $10. I'm not talking about a head full of Shirley Temple curls, just the normal curls you'd expect from any blowout. In fairness, this practice does not appear to be limited to Jessica -- I have friends who advise they have also had unexpected extra fees added to the bill at the salon with other stylists, so be sure to ask up front (or better yet, go to another salon).

It was my second time with an appt at the salon and there was a booking issue which was resolved and rebooked with a different stylist. The customer service was great with that issue and I really enjoyed the stylist I saw. I’ve rebooked for my next appointment with her and am looking forward to it. Great service Bob & Page, thank you!

Word of caution, ask for a price before getting hair done. I had a color with highlights and trim and it was $300+. I usually pay $200. I was happy with service, but I get the same result with the $200 hair.

I always leave here happy. The stylists all know what they're doing. Service is top notch and the prices are super reasonable for the level of service provided.
