Very good customer service. Love the girl I had. She did amazing job on my hair I will definitely be going back.

Okay this was terrible experience , went for a simple cut and style my hair was long at the time with no layers and was pretty dead so I asked the stylish who was older and don't think had a lot of experience with course thick curly hair like mine , if she could cut it a bit and make it so I have long layers. She then kept telling me how I should have my hair cut and because I have curly hair it should be cut this way I responded that I wanted my hair cut with the long layers so I was able to straighten it too. She was pretty rude whole time while doing my hair going on to say she's really busy and kept making comments about how I have the thickest hair ever and she doesn't even know what to do with it. She rushed through it and I told her I wanted my hair straightened to see the full cut, she responded she didn't have time (even tho I had booked an appointment) and began to say that straightening on my hair would take forever . She finished my hair by curling it with the hair straightener I didn't notice till I got home and straightened it myself that the top layer of my hair was ALOT shorter then the rest. I had asked for long layers. So because of that horrible cut I received at 3's company my hair feels like it will never be the same due to the top layer puffing out and making it difficult to straighten. It's going to take a long time for my hair to grow back. You can see the difference and un-even lengths when it's down and I can't put it in a messy bun without those short layers of hair poking out. I WILL NOT be back. 🙈🙄

I went for a simple shampoo, cut and style an hour before they closed. The person who did my hair was clearly rushing to get done early which resulted in my hair being cut unevenly and feeling like my hair was being ripped out of my head while she tore through it with a brush. I ended up styling my hair at home because I didn't want anymore hair to be ripped out or damaged. Overall it was a horrible and painful experience and I will not be back.
