At another salon I had received a bad hair cut. I called Charlene and she squeezed me in the next day and managed to create a very flattering hair style with what was left . Added bonus - the style was easy for me to keep up. Thank you very much!

I enjoy the comfortable atmosphere when I am with Charlene getting my hair done. She is always does a great job.

I first went to Charlene after having had a few negative experiences with other salons in Alliston. She listened to my concerns, and worked with me to address them. She also identified that I was damaging my hair using a flat iron each day, and made some great recommendations on new hairstyles that would promote healthy hair while still keeping the look i wanted. Charlene, the store-owner, impressed me so much that I wound up booking my entire wedding party at her salon. She was extremely accommodating and so professional. I strongly recommend Serenity Salon if you are looking for a relaxing place to go and get your hair done by a true professional. Strongly recommended!!

Recommend to me by a friend, Charlene was friendly and personable and my haircut looks amazing! She didn't take too long and the price was very reasonable. Will definitely be back!

I would not recommend this salon. I got a haircut and I ended up looking like an alien. Think before you choose your stylist.
