2/26/19 VERY DISSATISFIED & DISGUSTED - Received $385.00 in gift certificates since Christmas, birthday & Valentines Day, and now unable to use them as the salon is closing it's doors Saturday Mar 2nd, (was told today 2/26/19) by the remaining staff the owner doesn't want to renew their lease, The salon even sold my other half a $200.00 gc Tues Feb 12, for Valentines Day (knowing they were closing). There was no mentioning of a closing date. I believe the sale of a service and then not being able to provide that service is FRAUD. However, the (owner Chris Bowden), would like you to use your gift certificates on her products rather than refund her customers. I don't want to further your gain Chris, I would like a refund. I've been a customer of Blue Orchid from the beginning, and long before it was even called Blue Orchid and this is the service and thanks you give your long time customers. I was in customer service for 17 years and you always smiled and treated the customer with respect and the customer was always right even if the policy said other wise. Chris Bowden, your customer service skills are terrible you haven't returned any of your messages, or emails left by me or your other customers. You shouldn't be in any type of business as far as I am concerned your a thief.

I went here on Friday evening for a cut. Danielle was cutting my hair, she cut it shorter than I wanted. Washed it,then styled it and finished it off with "tweaking" I was in there for 20 min. It looked good when I left. Once I got home to shower and straighten it myself I saw pieces of my hair that were three inches longer than the rest of my hair length. Plus the other side were uneven. I was mortified. I will never go back there again. Very unhappy.
