Had a terrible experience when I went to get my hair trimmed on December 23rd. Never go to Great Clips before a holiday! They ruined my hair style, and I now have what I can only refer to as a hair puff. I have naturally wavy hair. My style had layers in the back, going no further than my ears, with the front, from the ears, straight, with the cut angling towards my face. Longer in the front, short in the back. This showed off the natural waves in my hair while, keeping the front from puffing. It also allowed me to put my hair back without any problems. On December 23rd, I was in and out of the chair in roughly 10 minutes. The hairdresser was in such a rush, she had cut layers into the front of my hair before I could tell her to stop. Now, not only do I have horribly puffy hair, I can no longer pull the front back without over half of it falling out, and puffing. My work requires hair to be pulled back, which I can no longer do. I do not plan on ever going back.

We like it here especially my boys who come here every 10 weeks.

Took my son for a haircut and will definitely go back. Great haircut, fast service, no wait on a Saturday morning and great price. Salon was clean and staff were extremely friendly. I've tried lots of places for a child's haircut and this was definitely the best yet.

I had to go somewhere to fix the cut they gave my 5 year old because it was that bad. I wouldn’t go back unless it was for a blow dry.

That was the worst hair cut I have ever gotten. I will never go there again. Stay away
