RUN do not walk RUN away from this place if you ever want to be able to have nice healthy hair again!!!. It was Nov 2014 and I am still paying the price! I had Heather (I think she owns the place). When I walked in the door the woman I was supposed to have had called in sick. I live an hour away from this place and they called me at home basically when I was walking out the door, so I didn't know. Heather said so long as I was willing to wait she would take me. I waited alright - got there at 9am left in tears at 3:30p (Manicure, Pedicure, waxing, hair highlights). She fried my hair!!! I looked like someone had taken bleach and thrown it at me. After she tried correcting the problem with toner (another hit to my hair) I finally had to leave with my hair soaking wet and she still had the nerve to charge me for the pedicure and waxing (which by the way NEVER have a pedicure in this place it is filthy). I had to drive all the way to my hairdresser in Vaughan and he took one look at me and said that he had no idea what to do because my hair was void of colour. We finally ended up dying my hair with semi-per colour back to my natural colour and that is what I have been living with (and the grey) since Nov of last year and it is now Jun 2015. The ends of my hair still look like hay even though she took my hair in her hands and chopped off almost 5 inches, like you would put a bowl on someone's head and give them a hair cut and it is just so unhealthy no matter what I do and I used to have gorgeous long healthy hair. The woman who was supposed to do all of this Erin called and left a message for me to call her back. I did so the following Monday but never heard from her or any of them again. If there was a negative rating I would be giving it! Honestly STAY AWAY!
