I love getting my hair done here. I am always looking for a new funky colour and style, and they provide it with a team of professionals!!

Not a huge fan of reviews but I had to write something especially not hearing back from them. I had my hair done twice from asta professional. My first time Carl wowed me and my front of my hair he described it as two different hair cuts. He did the front and another young lady stylist did the bulk of my hair. She basically cut off 7 inches a straight cut. They charged me $25 because I just spent an hour drying and strightneing it usually it’s $35 if they have to wash it and dry it. And I have super clean hair. I went back twice for a bang Trim and I mentioned to Carl that I didn’t love the straight cut so this time I went it after working hard at getting ahold of someone to book an appointment with Carl. On my appointment date I’m on my way to Peterboruogh because I live about 50 min away. Now there was some traffic and couple slow drivers and I called ahead to say I would be 15 min late. No one answered no one called back. I got a text back say do I want another stylist that he was tightly booked. I tried to call again. And no answer. So I text I will be right there and I was there in a min. I said I have saved you an hours work on my hair of washing, straightening They don’t welcome me very nice. She says to him do you want me to press her and I said ohh are you going to do it and they didn’t answer me they just started to it. My hair took 15 min. Dry trim and barely looks any different and it was $67 just crazy. I’m not happy with the cut I still tipped because it’s not in my heart to be rude but really

Very knowledgeable and well educated staff when it comes to advice on colour and cut. The follow through is excellent and you walk out feeling good.
