Terrible service. Not only my color was done terribly and messed up several times. And then when top coat applied full of bubbles and lines. When mentionned after spending way too much time, didn't fix and kept going in the same. Not applying on the whole nail which appears now gross.wjem requested a discount on the color since applied terrible refused. Worst service and application.

I think with so many of these places it depends totally on who you get. I had Jane for a pedicure and it was one of the best I've ever had (and certainly the best for the price).

Worst place I’ve ever been to, ruined my eyebrows, and then charged me $30 for it. Do not go there unless you want your eyebrows to look like trash

It’s really your old school neighbourhood nail salon that does the basic best - it depends on what you are looking for - I’ve been a loyal customers for years - eyebrow, upper lip wax & Shellac or normal mani & pedi

I REALLY wanted this place to be good since I need a new regular nail salon. But to be honest 3 stars is maybe a little generous and probably won't be going back. PROS: 5% off if you pay cash Despite not having a ton of shellac colours, they did a kinda custom thing for me. I wanted a bright, sparkly pink so they added sparkles on the pink that I liked. Decent pedicure. CONS: Very expensive for what it is. With tip I spent $100 on a below average shellac mani/pedi. I asked for a shellac mani/pedi ($60 on their brochure). I guess that doesn't include getting your nails trimmed from what I understood? Very confusing. What I got was apparently $82. The manicure was okay. Had to get the girl to file my nails down more than I wanted because how she did them they were kind of flat and crooked. I asked for them to be round. I'm going to have to refile my nails myself as they have awkward jagged edges. I could tell the girl wanted to get out of there because she brought her jacket and purse out while my nails were drying (it was about an hour before they closed at this point). She kept pulling my hand our and tapping them to see if they were done...which they weren't. They're kind of awkwardly lumpy now because of it.
