Been going here a few years now, and absolutely love it. Devin knows exactly how to handle my long hair!

I had my hair done with Zara and I couldn't be happier with my hair colour and cut. She really understood what I wanted and what she could do. She was really excited to do my hair which made me excited. I recommend her for a good balayage!

I have been getting my hair cut at Good Hearts for a few years now. I have never had a bad experience or cut. The price point is amazing, the space is great. I love the stylists.

I have had my hair cut and coloured by Archie a few times now and have been super happy each time! She's always been up front about what is or is not possible, making educated recommendations based on my requests. I've had her take me from redhead to blonde with minimal damage to my fine hair, which is fantastic. The price for the services is hard to beat, too.

I went to king st west location. They are ok. Prices are alright. They raised there prices recently. Very dirty. Hairs on the seat and everywhere. They should clean it before they take another appointment. There comb and the wrap was also very dirty. And the lady asked me to sit on the dirty chair even though she saw it was dirty and wanted to use dirty combo and the wrap. Ain't gonna happen lady. It was yucky. I wanted to throw up. Never going back again.
