Our 12 year old daughter was very reluctant to go to a salon for her hair. Everyone at Bliss made her feel comfortable and Erin did a great job on her style. Now my daughter will only go to Bliss and was smiling ear to ear when she looked in the mirror. Thank you Bliss staff!

I had been referred to Mary by an Educator at the Aveda School in Toronto; she was my stylist for over a year and I enjoyed a perfect cut every time. Mary has recently been on leave and I received cuts by other stylists including twice by the owner. Unfortunately, and in spite of the many good reviews noted here, my experiences went from bad to worse. Out of the last 3 cuts, 1 was at best mediocre and 2 were bad...really bad! Lesson learnt – I have finally given up on ‘Bliss’ and booked my next cut elsewhere.

I went to Bliss for the first time this week. I LOVE my cut and my colour! My hair feels healthy and the Aveda products smell amazing. Sandra did my hair and was patient and knowledgeable taking lots of time with me. I’ll be back and I highly recommend the salon.

This salon is amazing! Victoria did such a great job, it's literally like she read my mind on what I wanted, she was so easy to talk to and very kind. Thank you to everyone who made it such a positive experience :) I'll definitely be coming back!

Disappointing, it was my first time at the salon I live locally so wanted to give it a try ! I don’t get my hair cut often as it can be expensive so it’s always a bit of a treat to myself. The salon was clean and beautiful, but the cut felt very rushed like I was squished into a spot. My stylist was coughing next to me the whole time which was kind of unfortunate/unpleasant. I asked for curtain bangs and they were not like what I’ve gotten in the past. I wanted wavy hair ended up with really curled poodle hair . Ended up having to rewash and fix the style myself, unfortunate for an 80$ hair cut ☹️
