First things first they don’t prioritize their customers even though I made an appointment the hair dresser was switching from client to client. They over charge I did my weave there and it’s supposed to be no more than $120 they charged me $145. I also heard a conversation between two staff , one staff who was new ask the other how much to charge to do a certain hair style she say and I quote “charge what ever you want $30 ,$60 ,$90 whatever you want “. I will not be going again if I could give no stars I would they don’t even deserve one...(the lady (Sandra ) who does eyebrows and hair straightening is really good )

Always good with Amy she takes her time never rushing. Did give 5 because I only got my hair done. Now nails will probably be different always feel rushed because I only get manicure and polish no fake nails could be why

The hairstylist who was a brown lady medium bob haircut did not listen. Cut my hair way TOO short. I told her I wanted a trim but she gave me a boy hair cut. She is the WORSE HAIRSTYLIST EVER. Disrespectful, negative, unfriendly and does not know how to cut hair. Even Chinatown has a better haircut than this garbage place. I don't even know how they are still in business. I agree with the other reviewers unless you want to be bald or missing a patch of hair AVOID AT ALL COST.
