Taura did an amazing job with my hair today! I have wavy/curly hair and she was fantastic! When I called to book an appointment I was told she would be a good fit and she certainly was. She told me she had even taken a course in Toronto totally for curly hair and it shows. I walked out of the salon feeling like a million bucks! I will definitely be back to see her!

I hate to have to write a negative review and Iâ€™ve sat with this for a few days before deciding to do so. I give two stars for the positives - friendly customer service and manager response to part of the issues I had. Minus three stars however for the worst haircut Iâ€™ve ever had. I even posted a picture of my haircut on my social media page to make sure I wasnâ€™t being too picky or overly critical. Comments blew up that I should demand a refund and that it was truly was a terrible cut. In fairness I have very thick hair, however the stylist is listed as a level 3 on the website so Iâ€™m not sure how I ended up with a cut on par with a first choice hair cutters stylist. There is no way to contact the manager directly, emails and the phone number are managed by all staff at the salon so you have to wait for a call back for days to discuss any concerns. I initially had an issue where I needed to rebook my hair appt but called the same day to say Iâ€™d keep it and spoke directly with reception as well as in the morning to confirm I was en route, only to get there and be told oops they gave my appt away. The manager kindly eventually offered me a free treatment but which sadly came at a price of a terrible cut. I have spent two very very long years growing my hair out and she ruined it and now I have to get it fixed and lose months worth of progress with my length. Iâ€™m reminded every time I look in the mirror and itâ€™s so frustrating! So Be wary if you have long thick hair!!

The Cutting Edge Team is second to none. Their styling expertise is off the charts and they treat you with kindness and compassion. I have visited many other salons, and no other salon compares to this wonderful team. You are more than a client here; Cindy, Linda and the team make you feel like family. Friendly staff, bright clean salon that makes you feel welcome. My hair has never been as healthy as it is, since I started Olaplex treatments with Michelle. She is fantastic with. My long curly/wavy hair. Highly recommend this salon. They are knowledgeable professionals that treat you like family.
