Nina and her entire staff were exceptional. They took my mom and I with no appointment especially after months being lockdown and welcomed us with excellent service, fantastic product, enjoyable Lavazza coffee and a very comfortable atmosphere. They definitely are all about keeping their customers happy and offer such incredible professional expertise. Worth every penny spent. Thank y'all.

Had my wedding around the corner, went here for our hair and makeup. I was able to book everything months ahead. Even did a hair trial a month before. Makeup by Brooke was excellent. Very careful and accommodating. Nina did my hair, the day of was even better than the trial. Lucia did my attendant, who has hair to her waist, it was amazing. Thoroughly happy. Enjoyed the atmosphere.

To date I have never written a bad review or any review for that matter, but I felt like this had to be addressed. I got a balayage, cut, and my roots done approximately 3 weeks ago. I had a vision in mind and provided the hairstylist with the picture. They quoted me a number which was approximately $500. I would first like to say that I have never in my life paid this much, especially because I have gotten balayage a few times. When quoting me, the hairstylist gave me a smug look, but I agreed to pay anyways because I just wanted to give the benefit of the doubt. The reason I gave 2 stars instead of 1 is because of the hospitality. I was always asked if I needed anything by multiple employees which I found refreshing. Also, they were helpful in explaining products that I was considering on buying. My problem was with my hair. My hair did not turn out like the picture, the colour was off. I still didn’t complain because it complemented my face. Second, the cut looked fine when it was styled, but after the first wash when I styled my hair myself, I realized the curtain bangs were cut uneven and we’re not blended well. Thirdly, after styling my hair myself, I realized there was a streak in my hair. Fourthly, when washing my hair, I had to tell the hairstylist that she missed the back of my head when washing my hair, she said “oh I’m sorry”. Further, when I got home and changed, I realized there was dye all over the back of my sweater. Lastly, when they stylist was blow drying my hair with another hair stylist, the other hair stylist asked the main hairstylist how she would be styling my bangs, and she made a comment saying “I am going to blow it out, if she doesn’t like it, she can do it herself”, I didn’t say anything to that comment because I didn’t know if that was directed towards me or someone else. At the end, I still tipped because I was still provided a service and I always tip no matter where I go. Overall, I think that if you are going to be charging such high prices, there shouldn’t be an alarming number of issues.

The owner of the salon is suppose to be a high end top stylist. She told me that my hair color and cut would cost me upwards of 500 dollars which I would gladly pay for a good color. Upon arrival at 930 am I sat for a bit before she got started with another girl helping her to lift my color. After this she left me sitting for other staff to check my hair even though I had hired her for the job. She finally came out and ordered another girl to rinse my hair. After this she had one slightly dry my hair and put another lifting agent on my hair and again left me to sit. I was wondering but left her to her proffessional opinion and finally hours later she had a girl remove and wash my hair. I could tell it looked rough and when they started to brush it my hair was like over cooked spaghetti and was falling out. I asked for the brush to see my hair. I was in shock. So they proceeded to dry it amd she came over and said to me so what do you think? I looked at her shocked and said well I can't go home like this as it was atrocious. She then said all we can do is put another color on it and then tone it after that for me to be ok to go home. So this happened and I told her I was unhappy with my hair. She gave me an oleplex trial size kit to take home for the breakage and said she would have me cone back before Christmas. Well that never happened and my hair fell out even more. I sent her an email stating how unsatisfied I was and that she needed to add extensions or do something to correct what she had done to my hair. She sent me back a nasty email and told me to come in for extensions. Mind you when getting my hair done the first time I was there from 930 am to 430 pm. This time was the same amd she made me sit an hour before anyone touched my hair. She told the staff to be rude to me and not talked to me and made me cry while a treatment was on my hair. She made another stylist put in my extensions and she tried her best but they were horrible. She ordered the other stylist around while calling them names and expected them to drop everything for her. I've never been through anything like this. So needless to say the stylist that helped me ended up leaving there after this and offered on her own time to correct my hair. So with all of this said please everyone for your hairs sake do not go to this salon. Especially to see a woman made Nina. I hope this helps all of you in your future hair needs. Worst salon ever and I don't complain.
