When I moved home from living in England for nearly 25 years I got a job in the Royal Connaught Hotel where Hair Etc was located and met the staff. Denise was and still is the owner. I chose her to be my hairdresser as we connected immediately and she was well able to give me the latest British styles I loved and wanted. Twenty one years later, she is still my hairdresser and over the years she has met my requests valiantly, from shag cuts to bobs to razor cuts, complete shaves, streaks, wacky colours etc. I'm delighted to write a review about Denise @ Hair Etc. She has stood the test of time, kept many of her customers and tons of good will.

0. If that was an option, thats what I would rate it. This salon provides the WORST service. Went in for a basic root colour and a cut, I can out butchered. My hair was just under shoulder length and I had requested a basic blunt cut to cut off my ends, the stylist decided to cut chunks and leave my hair uneven. When I complained to the owner she said that, that's what I requested. EXCUSE ME??? I DID NOT request chunks of my hair to be cut off. She said at this point she could do nothing. I went home and cried at the mess they had done. It was so bad I had to find a new stylist and cut my hair into a bob to even out the mistakes. DO NOT! DO NOT, go to this salon. The owner is a joke.

The owner of this salon is extremely rude. Instead of making sure her clients are happy, she puts them down and insults them. She was very sarcastic with her responses and laughed at my questions when I tried to have a serious conversation with her. Extremely disrespectful. A lady like herself should not be working with people. Save your money and find a better salon.

my friend went in for a hair cut and colour and Cindy did not give her what she wanted, she came out with highlights instead of a brown balayage. she told her that she was able to do it then the owner preceded to yell at her cousin on the phone and be very disrespectful and tell her they weren't able to do it. if they couldn't do it my friend wont have spent 230$ for no reason. the manager of the place is rude. I wish I could give this place no stars. SAVE YOUR MONEY AND GO ELSE WHERE!!!!
