I had scheduled a few breast augmentation consultations with Dr. Pirani being the first in line, however, following the consult I cancelled the other appointments. I made the decision to work with Dr. Pirani due to the fact that from the initial meet, all my questions and concerns were acknowledged and thoroughly explained. Dr. Pirani, Naushin, and the rest of the team were diligent, communicative, made me feel comfortable throughout the entire process which made the experience an ease. I am very satisfied with the result, it was exactly what I hoped for. I highly recommend anyone thinking of getting a breast augmentation to consider making an appointment with Dr. Pirani, you will not regret your decision.

What can I say, another amazing experience at the Toronto Plastic Surgery Center with Dr. Pirani and their wonderful staff! Dr. Pirani is not only highly skilled but also took the time to understand my goals and address any concerns I had. The results speak for themselves, and I couldn't be happier! The reception staff were incredibly helpful throughout the entire process. They made me feel comfortable and supported from the initial consultation. The clinic itself is a beautiful state-of-the-art facility, creating a welcoming environment that compliments the exceptional care provided. Complete professionalism from the very beginning to the very end! After quite extensive research into experience, abilities and word of mouth we decided to sign on with Dr.Pirani. Due to a previous cancer scare I wanted him to reconstruct me so I looked and felt normal. He reassured all my fears and worries and yet at the same time made no promises as everyone’s bodies reacts differently. I knew he was the right surgeon to trust because he himself was kind and confident but realistic. You must follow his rules and guidelines because he has them there to protect you! He and Naushin, his office manager, work together like a well oiled machine. Together they go the extra mile to make sure you’re looked after and you feel important… basically, they care! I would highly highly recommend Dr Pirani to everyone.

What an experience!!! ALL of the staff here are so welcoming each time I have been at the clinic and do the most for each patient. Dr. Pirani is more than knowledgeable and as someone who was nervous, I am so glad I did my due diligence and found him because no other doctor would have been able to compare. He was able to fully explain every concern I had and fully listen to what I wanted so that my results matched the expectations I had. Naushin is also AMAZING and is so thorough with everything she does. She responds VERY quickly and is able to give accurate answers to any questions I have. Overall I 100% would recommend The Toronto Plastic Surgery Center because of their attention to detail, professionalism and overall respect and care for each patient.

I’m 6 weeks post opp from my breast augmentation with Dr Pirani. The experience was great from beginning to end. You can tell he really cares about his work and what he does. He cares a lot about his patients and has integrity. His staff is also amazing and everyone is so polite and attentive . He called me right after surgery to make sure I was okay . The results are great , he listened to my goals and he gave me my dream breasts, and I am super happy with the outcome. The scars from where the implants were inserted are very minimal and are placed in a good position. Would definitely recommend him to any and everyone.
