Haircut looked nothing like the picture and wouldn’t take critiques. Followed by a WAY overpriced hair cut, not worth the weeks it’ll take to grow out the mess the hair stylist made. Will not be going back. Money I’ll never be getting back.

Went for a trim and she pretty much shaved most of my hair off despite giving instructions. Never going back.

For over 25 years, my husband, three sons and I have had the pleasure of being customers of Backstage Hair Studio in Kenora. During this time, we have witnessed the continued professional services that Shannon Wyder provides to her clients. Shannon is happy to work with families, children, teenagers and individuals. Her shop is welcoming and her caring personality is easy to see. I would recommend Backstage Hair Studio to Kenora residents, lake residents and anyone travelling through the Kenora Region.

I had called for information on pricing for hair styles so I could get my hair done for a friends wedding. What I got was a rude lady who seemed annoyed with my questions and couldn't be bothered with assisting me. For example, I had given her a date a month from now to see if they had any openings and without hesitation she said, "We have no openings that day." I did not appreciate the customer service this lady had given me (a potential customer), and I would not recommend anyone I know to go there.
