I have had pedicures there for many years. Originally they were okay. Only one girl was ever slightly rude but she is now friendly. Unfortunately, I won't go back because over the years it has deteriorated. I have seen them be rude to other customers. Donna cuts out the sides of your toenails giving you ingrown toenails. When I explained this to her she pretended she didn't understand. Often not enough staff and the it has become very dirty and unsanitary over time. Looking for a new good walk in salon.

I booked an appointment with Cathy for 10am on Saturday. I arrived at 9:50 and waited until 10:05 and she still hadn't arrived yet. So I asked the girl where she was, and she said that Cathy knew I had an appointment with her because it was confirmed with her the night before. The girl didn't know why she wasn't there and told me to wait another 10 more minutes, so I did. I then asked if they could phone her and they said: No she doesn't have a phone! I thought to myself what owner of a business doesn't have a cell phone? I ended up leaving at 10:30. It was very unprofessional. They had no explanation. I will not be returning.

All the techs are awful except Cathy but they are all liars! If you ask. For gel they give acrylics with a Gel top coat. They even went as far as to tell me that the powder and liquid was a new gel system! I do nails so I knew they were lying and I do plan on doing something about it at the very minimum they better give me my money back!

I’ve been here many times with friends or most times with my sister and I’ve noticed that they push you do the colour they think will match your skin tone. I feel highly uncomfortable when I’m there and I say something and the talk to there co-workers look at me and roll there eyes most times I’ve been there they say “your nails are to long for you” It’s my hand so and I don’t appreciate how the day that then tell there friends I understand very well I put two and two together. This one time i was in Mississauga with my sister and got my nails done w here when I came here to get a fill I had two broken nails mind you they were pretty long and I wanted the two broken ones to be the SAME length and the rest and the was not!! They was very very short from all the others and it rlly bugged me I hated how they look so I tooo them Off and my sister brought me somewhere else the only person who can actually do nails is Cathy hands down but from now on I won’t be coming back here if I’m gonna be treated like I’m different from anybody else and it’s not worth my money if I can’t get what I want I’ll be going to royal nails from no one because there nice can give me what I want don’t complain about length and they don’t cut me on every finger
