Very poor service and they don’t stick with their words. They say one thing and do another. I called them ahead of time to describe what I was looking to do for my daughter and length of her hair. I had bought a deal from groupon, which included cut, shampoo, deep conditioning and styling. The person on the phone mentioned they won’t charge extra if They are cutting hair to shoulder length. I go there for my appointment and the lady said they will charge extra, I said but the lady said you would not because I wanted to cut my daughter’s hair to shoulder length. Then she said they would not blow dry my daughter’s hair(which is part of the package) I said fine just cut her hair. She just shampooed my daughter’s hair, didn’t even apply deep conditioner (part of the deal). She had my daughter hold her towel with wet hair and went to grab a coffee. She came back and cut my daughter’s hair. After all done, I went to pay and they charged me extra because my daughter has a lot of hair. It is not the matter of money, I don’t like when people can’t stick to their words. Not sure if I will ever go back there again.

First time i bought coupon and i just loved how connie did exactly what i wanted. She made sure i get all the time i need to choose the haircut and the highlights Went back second time and a week ago i had my third cut and i simply love their work. They are very professional and very friendly atmosphere. I highly recommend!

Don't go there.... I bought a voucher from Groupon which she (owner) always puts an ad for her salon there to get famous and have clients... and when I tried to go with it for the second time ... she told me,,, return this voucher back.... you have only one visit with that voucher. On top of that, she charged me at my first visit , taxes fees on top of the voucher and MANDATORY Tips !!! when you see her, you think she is nice and not greedy... but when she adds the tips which should be optional... you will find different person!

I’ve never had such bad service from the moment I called to the moment I actually walked in the place. I made an appointment and called to confirm the time on the day of. I have very curly hair and inquired about the stylist’s abilities with my hair type (every curly haired person knows how scary it is going to a new hairdresser). I was scheduled for a keratin treatment as well, and the receptionist started answering my questions about my hair and clearly had no idea what she was talking about. Eventually she actually handed the phone over to the stylist who sounded very unpleasant and indifferent answering my questions. On the day of the appointment I called to confirm the time. The lady on the phone said “yes, see you then”. When I showed up at the time, the stylist rolled her eyes and shook her head as if I was the biggest inconvenience. She told me I was supposed to be there 2 hours earlier...even though I had talked to her 3 hours earlier to confirm the time. I asked why they didn’t call me and she said “we don’t do phone calls.” She then simply walked away without trying to reconcile the confusion of the appointment. I ended up just leaving after driving 2 hours to this appointment. Honestly, I am glad I didn’t let them touch my hair. This is not the kind of place I would recommend to ANYONE looking for a hairdresser they can trust or cares about their clients. No stars would be more appropriate.

I don't even know where to begin this hair salon. They are the most indecent,disrespectful and possibly racist people I have ever talked to. Last year I gifted a groupon to my mother to get her hair done, because she was so in love with the results she decided to create her own account and signed up for the same deal through groupon. She called in to book an appointment with the owner and she REFUSED to give my mom service because she wanted BUSINESS and not a groupon. Because my mother has a language barrier I called my self to speak to the owner and she said the same thing to me. She then told me that she did not want to speak to me, yelled, mentioned she doesnt have time and would not even want to do my moms hair if she paid. She hung up before I could even finish my sentence. I'm telling you from my experience, don't trust the owner as she is very rude and only cares to cater to the people she wants to.
