A very very big thank you for the incredible service you offered us this weekend. After my husband was messed around by another salon we walked straight into Toni & Guy covent garden and were helped immediately by the friendliest team. He had a relaxer done by Sarah and then he got the best haircut he has ever had, by Louis. Louis was phenomenal, extremely professional, and super friendly. My husbands words were "no one is ever touching my hair again except for Louis". He really knew what he was doing and you are very lucky to have him on your team. As a wheelchair user your salon was wheelchair accessible and the stylists were great working around his chair. Thank you once again for the amazing service and we will definitely be back.

I am a professional musician so the importance of my appearance is more than just vanity. Though that to :) I’m also visually impaired. I was given clear directions from the tube to the salon and senior stylist Lucy dealt with the situation sensitively and intelligently. But more relevant to this review, she did a great job rectifying a recent cut (by a competitor) that I was pretty unhappy with. This was my first visit to T&G in London and I was pleased to see the same friendly but professional atmosphere that I have experienced elsewhere.

Staff are attentive and give great advice. Sam has cut my hair a few times, he always makes me feel at ease.
