First they got my booking wrong so I had to come back 2 hours later. It was a bit of a rip off sadly. The colour was very disappointing the cut was good but it’s definitely not worth 300 pounds for color and cut.

Just had my hair cut by a fabulous girl in Barbados. I was so grateful as she cut off all the dried out hair which had been over processed at this salon. Leaving it on for two hours. Didn’t get my hair cut by the guy i wanted. I spent three and a half hours in this place listening to awful music. I came away with a really bad hair job and a splitting headache. Never will I return.

Overall, the hairdresser himself was nice. but be aware that they don't make it clear about extras having to be paid for. I was not told that conditioning treatment will be an extra charge. Additionally, when I tried to pay the card machine was not working, so I had to run out to get cash. Then when I came back, the receptionist Lucy tried to charge me somebody else's amount. Her attitude was quite unprofessional, and no apology was given to me.

Classic stylish cuts, though pricey it's worth it.

Like the way the salon looks and feels. Have been there three times and treatment has been generally good, but not perfect. Last guy I had didn't seem to genuinely care about me once he'd done my hair. Customer care should end once the customer has left the salon, not when you've finished your treatment.
