Just got a haircut... and this is a disaster - I didn’t even know what to say in the end when I saw my back in the mirror... it is not only uneven but cut shorter than it was agreed... I was seating on the chair for nearly 4 hours just to cut my hair few centimetres... I lost lots of hair due to pulling my hair out excessively and drying them too much... When I said what I think, the hairdresser commented that my ‘hair will grow back in 2 weeks’ - really?! That is the worst hairstyle I’ve ever get... EDIT: looks better now when I washed and styled by myself

£25 for colour might seem like a bargain and I knew it would take a long time as it's trainees but it was a huge waste of time and money and I left with seriously damaged hair! After 5 hours of sitting in a chair doing nothing, as my trainee wasn't friendly enough for conversation, I left with hair the exact same colour as I came in with except for one blonde streak at the back and underside of my hair. I asked for baylayage and said I didn't mind I just wanted a big change and she persuaded me into a honey blonde. After hours of bleaching she didn't even bother applying the toner because she hadn't managed to change my hair colour at all. Not a single person I know could tell the difference. In the end she dried my hair with curled ends and angled the lights to bounce off the curls so she had a photo for her gallery which looks like she had done something! After she repeatedly got her brush stuck in my hair and yanked lots of it out I asked her to stop using that style of brush as they get caught up in my wavy hair. She ignored me and I left with seriously damaged and thinned out hair as a result. When I called up to complain they kept fobbing me off telling me they'd get the manager to call back but never did! It's not worth the risk! They couldn't pay me to go back!

4 HOURS MINIMUM! BE AWARE! If you decide that it pays off to sit for such a long time for a simple haircut and pay 5£ for it- I would say they are professional and friendly. I just wish they would tell me on the phone that it takes so long.

Great service. A cut for only 5 pounds. Takes hours but very good.

I booked over the phone with Tony Guy academy next to Tottenham for hair cut and after checking with the receptionist the time and informing her over the phone at 4pm I have to work and she said is fine and she booked me for 1:15pm. They queeng people but doesn’t respect who is coming first! I was the first to arrive and after one hour waiting I remaind them about the time and I been told I won’t be ready just by 5:30pm. Such a bad organisation! People who came last went up and myself being the FIRST i was ignored! Very poor service and I will recommend to send text message to the people with the appointment, even if is cheap the people still paying and the students train so is in the benefit of all but DO NOT PROMISE something which doesn’t stay in your hands! Disappointed for wasting one hour waiting and I had to leave asking my money back! I will never return!
