I have done my first time Digital perm at MY SNUG ROOM and I love it!, They required a consultation before booking actual appointment to check my hair condition . When I went to the salon for consultation, I wrote down the consultation form to tell my hair chemical history to the stylist. He checked my hair carefully and advised about the result. As I had a colour done a few months ago, he told me about the risk of damage after the Digital perm and also how to style it. I went to the salon to get it done on the different day, he confirmed the style what I want before starting the process. He explained the process step by step and all their work was very smooth and efficient. After all, the new style perfectly suit me!! It was a little bit expensive for me but I definitely made good decision because I could get this lovely hair style.

I can not tell how great was my hair cut here. The staff was so friendly and very professional services. I showed picture of the style what I wanted and the stylist listened very carefully. After we decided the style, the assistant gave me shampoo and shiatsu head massage as if I was in a luxury spa!! There Japanese Kuromame tea served after shampoo was also gave me a peaceful moment. I will highly recommend this Salon.

A rustic, comfortable place to get your hair cut. In the ground level, there seems to be only 2 cutting stations but go down and you'll find more. Ryoko's cut is certainly an expert's. And do ask for yuzu tea when offered; it was heavenly.

I'm really disappointed with the result of my new digital perm hair style, this is by far the worst digital perm I had ever experienced. The curls looks so messy and some hair are curly but some hair was no curls at all, so it does not look balance. When I go to work all of my colleagues gave a bad review of my new hairstyle and this made me feel more upset. To be honest I don't usually write a review regardless of good or bad but this experience had wasted my money of £210 for digital perm and wasted my time, in the end I went to another Japanese salon to cut and perm again and they did a great job for me. In My Snug Room the hair stylist i requested was hardly cut my hair and was doing haircut with another customer at the same time. So the whole experience is they are rushing to finish the job in order to serve the next customer and in the same time styling my hair also styling another customer, to me this is not professional at all. The service are consider good but not the skill honestly. For me the most important is the skill of hairstyle . I will not come back to My Snug Room anymore.
