I came into this Salon for my first time and I must say that the service I got from Katie was excellent! She was genuinely friendly and easy to talk to with. I also felt like during my consultation the time was actually taken to find out how I wanted my hair styled, and we discussed what options we could do to get the result I wanted. I appreciate all the effort and I am really happy with the finished result. Thank you again Katie. I will definitely be recommending you to some of my friends.

I would highly recommend Rush Ludgate, the team are always friendly, I feel in very safe hands and to make it better you are greeted with chocolates and a drink on arrival! Jake, in particular, I cannot recommend highly enough, he has been cutting my hair for a few years now and I won’t let anyone else near my hair, the results are always what I want (or an even better version!). After having a recent restyle, which he suggested a long time ago, I was pretty nervous but loved the results and Jake had the patience of a saint!

This was close to work so thought I'd pop in. Now its the only place i go to. Staff in there are friendly, well the one's ive actually spoken to, but sure the rest of them are too. They give you pretzels and a drink while your chatting. Thought that was a nice touch. Got my night started before I went out. I usually find it hard to make the typical small chit-chat "how has your day been...the weather has been awful". Katie is the lady who cut my hair. Couldn't recommend her enough, bright, funny and really easy to talk to! Made me feel like a "regular" from very first day ... now I am! Usually hate a new haircut, as it looks too "fresh". I told her that and guess what - not disappointed :) I actually sent more business their way by getting some people from work to go down. They all are repeat now too. Think its that its so close to work, but also because they all just such a friendly bunch

Great salon located in central London, the staff are super friendly. Joe has been looking after my locks for several years now, the result is always exactly what I want and the service above and beyond what I'd expect. Joe has taken my broken, damaged, bleached hair and given it strength and condition again. Highly recommend.

I love this salon! Moving to London 5 years ago, I was in desperate need of someone to ten to my thick, frizzy hair and searching for a new salon was always a daunting task. I have been so lucky to find Rush Ludgate; amazing friendly staff, immaculately clean facilities and always a great offer to take advantage of. Now the star of the show is Jake who has had the patience of a saint cutting and colouring my hair whilst I’ve had the privilege of being a client here. Each appointment is a consultantion, we chat about what I want and (unlike all other salons I’ve been too) that’s exactly what I get! Not once have I been bullied into a block fringe or looked at a pile of hair on the floor in despair when I’ve asked for ‘just a trim’. Phew! I’m always complimented on the good condition my hair is in despite having it coloured and being a bit of a fiend the straighteners. Thanks for turning this frizzbomb into luscious locks - you guys are stars!
