Best haircut I've ever had! Relaxing atmosphere and an absolutely professional and enjoyable experience. They know what they're talking about...

Not there for hair do, one of the beauty treatments. Reception staff excellent, all the staff very friendly. Offered tea or coffee while we waited. Chatted to a lady having her hair done and she said she is a long time customer and even though she stopped working in London and lives in Suffolk, she still travels into town to have her hair done here. What better compliment could there be?

Overpriced and toilets were dirty. Also, just sat waiting on the sofa listening to staff openly converse about their lives.

Bad service, rude staff! Was supposed to get curly hair for a photo shoot for me and sister but had half straight/ wavy hair instead because they didn’t have time as they booked too many customers in the same time. However, I did book two appointments in advance. Paid full price for both with two of the senior stylists. Pictures attached of me and sister. Disappointing.

A big thank you to the three stylists that took a great care of me and my two friends last Friday, 29th June. I booked three blow drys for my best friend's hen do over the phone and told the receptionist it was for an important occasion. From the moment we've arrived, we've been treated like proper VIPs. They were very attentive, even though the salon was pretty busy. They were friendly, professional and made us feel special. We paid £28 each for a 1.5h treatment - very good value for money. I definitely recommend! Thank you again. Sara
