Ji Young is fantastic, she is very friendly, always smiling and provides an excellent cut and finish, the junior staff who wash your hair are also polite and friendly - i'd highly recommend this salon.

Excellent! Had a great experience getting my hair cut at this salon. I have very long, thick, curly hair which is quite difficult to handle and Roland did a beautiful job on it. He was also super friendly throughout, as was everyone else. Will definitely go back!

I had to give at least one star, but please see it as a MINUS one. I have been a client at Toni and Guy for eight years. Today I had a consultation at the studio at Soho and the technician was very rude and condescending. I was aware that my hair needed a lot of TLC since I hadn't been to a hairdresser in nearly a year, but she openly called it "a mess". She asked which dye I used and when I said "La Riche Directions" (which are widely used) she had no idea what I was talking about and made it sound like I used a rubbish product. I now have an appointment with the helpful and polite team at Bleach London.

Daniela does my colour, she always does my colour. She is quite simply the best colour technician I have ever had. All the stars!
