Super friendly staff- so accommodating! I had two sessions of highlights over 6 weeks, but after the second session recently , the colour/ highlights seemed a little faded/ not as blended- through no fault of the lovely Deira who did them for me! They got me back in the chair within a week and corrected the highlights and colour- which I'm really happy with! I won't be going anywhere else!

The lady lasered about 1/4 of my tattoo. Didn't shave the area or clean it. Touched it afterward with her bare hands. GROSS! The room was shabby, too. Cost £125. I was new to laser removal and went back for a second session out of naivety. I soon realised it wasn't right. Complained and asked for a refund. I advised owner my review with accompanying photograph would reflect my disappointment. The owner, named Mark refused me a refund and advised he would contact the police if I gave a negative review and accused me of blackmail. JUST WOW! Personally, I would avoid, plenty of more superior places in London to go to than Muse of London.

Just used my gift certificate I got for Christmas, to get a hair cut. Staff were lovely. My hair was cut beautifully. Even took extra care at the start as I am donating my hair. Would definitely go back. Easy to get to.

Honestly the worst place to get your nails done in London! Don't even know where to begin with what happened but in a nutshell in between them running about 20 minutes later and 2 different people doing my sisters nails they smudged them all and we had a train to catch so didn't have time to wait and get them redone - instead of just apologising the manager Andrea decided to tell my sister (the calmest person in the world) that she was being "aggressive" - totally hilarious. She was cross my sister had spoken about how horrible her nails were in front of another client (and said as much) And then declared she was blocking us from treatwell when I asked what her name was. Off on my hen party and definitely not the start we expected. But it was so shocking that she's in customer services so we're having a laugh about it now! I also got my nails done and they aren't great but least of the problems! So many more welcoming and friendly (and cheaper) places to get your nails done!! Avoid Avoid Avoid! Xx
