Great experience, not cheap as based in Chelsea! nearest station is sloane sq, they serve all sorts of refreshments including cocktails from their in house bar. Stylists use Sheumura hair products and ask you for your choice. Chairs you sit on while getting your hair washed have a massage setting. My particular stylist spent a long time styling my hair to my preference, left feeling like a catwalk model.

This is a three part review. I have had my hat cut there twice in the past 5 years by a very high positioned stylist. He was always standoffish, very bland in his treatment towards me and literally like a robot. The haircut and style were both times beautiful. For about 200 you don’t expect to be treated like that. At least be cordial and smile maybe once? Make a person feel comfortable... the washing and colouring staff were very cordial, friendly, not extra talkative but just nice.

First time visitor to this salon to sort my hair two weeks before my wedding. Best hair experience I've had. You know from the moment you walk in that this is no average salon. All of the staff are very friendly and really attentive. I highly recommend Sarah for colour. I had full trust that she knew what she was doing and was really pleased with the results. Leon does a great blowdry! Have already recommended to friends and will be going back.
