Lilly was AMAZING! SO happy with the result. Favourite colour I've ever had -- she seriously knows what she's doing.

I highly recommend this salon and especially, Sonia! I booked a very last minute haircut as was in London for business (and in desperate need!) and am SO happy with the result. Sonia is professional and friendly, gave a great quick consultation to really understand what I wanted, then gave me a beautiful cut and finished it up with the most sleek lovely blow dry. Probably the best haircut I've ever had and I'm quite particular when it comes to my hair. Now I just need to plan my business trips to London when I need my hair done! Will definitely go here again. Thank you. Highly recommend.

I got a haircut with Natalie and it was an overall disappointing experience. She did not seem keen on interacting at all. There was an awkward silence throughout the one hour (regardless of me trying to break the ice many times) which made me feel unwelcomed. Also, due to the lack of communication, my haircut did not turn out as I had wanted/expected. I wanted layering in my hair and ended up looking like a mess. My longest layer is 4-5 inches longer than the shortest (3 layers only). I am afraid I won't be coming back here. :(

Had a fantastic experience with Michele at O’Sullivans. My colour was perfect and he also recommended a Kérastase treatment for my very fine hair which made it feel thicker and silky....It felt amazing for ages after too. I can highly recommend him and I will definitely be returning.

Michele is probably the best hairstylist I have ever found in London. He is gifted with talent, can’t go wrong.
