Great experience with Dr. Nodwell for multiple surgeries post weight loss. He was patient and knowledgeable and available and approachable. Clinic staff lovely. Great experience. Thanks to all!

After many months of research I came across who I thought would be the best fit for me. From the time of my consultation to the end of my surgery Dr Gallant and staff were amazing. They patiently listened to all my request and answered my millions of questions. The surgery itself was at Montfort, the amazing care and compassion I received from the nurses and staff on site was outstanding. It’s been a little over a week since my surgery and I feel like the healing process is due to the amazing work done by Dr Gallant himself. Thank you again for a great experience

I had minor surgery to remove nasal cell carcinoma from under my right eye. I was assured multiple times that Dr Kelly was the best in town and I wouldn’t have a visible scar. Here I am almost 9 months later with a very visible scar and dent on my face. It’s completely impacted my self esteem.

My only request was to obtain a classic appointment for a simple and straightforward topic. Instead, as a response, I receive an email full of gibberish stating useless information such as that « We are proud to be the first and only facility in the National Capital Region to offer comprehensive and integrated plastic surgery and skin cancer treatment as well as advanced options in medical esthetics. ». Apparently, the consultation is complimentary ; however, nothing is complimentary in life, and keeping in mind that the clinic does 10000 things i’m not interested in, I can already imagine in a very stark and clear fashion that I will be suggested the initial simple consultation i’m asking for, but also, obviously be « informed » (read : pressured) by an employee (read : salesman) about the many products that are susceptible to make my life better, thus exploiting potential insecurities about my physical appearance as a business prospect for expensive treatments, surgeries, products, lotions, etc etc that could all be, fortunately, solved by this fantastic mutidisciplinatory clinic. Given that a simple question such as « can I have an appointment and how much does it cost » cannot obtain a proportionnally simple answer, I will simply go somewhere else.

Very professional, always available for questions. The location of the clinic is a little hard to find at first but ends up being very easy to access. The clinic itself if very clean, modern and inviting. The staff is really helpful and readily available, the girls at the front desk always have a smile on their face and are willing to help with any question. The assistants were knowledgeable and very friendly and never left me in the dark for one second - if i had a question or concern, I knew I would have no problems reaching out and getting an answer. I am very impressed with the discretion offered throughout the process as well. Dr. Nodwell is a dream. He is extremely professional and calm and really puts you at ease. I truly believe that he is a real artist and has made me very happy with my results. I do not regret using his services and believe that my money was well spent. I enjoyed the entire process and experience I had with Dr. Nodwell and his team and would recommend him and the Ottawa Clinic to anyone.
