Fabulous staff and nurses, friendly and so professional. I had my surgery there back in January. Clean and comfortable, I felt very well looked after in the best hands possible! Thanks for a great experience!

Would not recommend mya fitzrovia! Awful customer service, the minute I paid and my patient coordinator got her commission I never heard from her again. called and emailed her in regards to surgery and post op appointments and was ignored. Had issues with my rhinoplasty with part of my nose caving in, surgeon was rude and unprofessional. It then proceeded to get worse over the months and I called twice to see a surgeon/nurse and both times neither my patient-co or the manager as promised ever called me back so have still not had this appointment. Zero after care. Bad cheap results.

FAST FOOD STYLE SURGERY! I could leave Zero I would. Given false information on the telephone that caused me to drive 60 miles for a consultation about a surgery I was told I couldn't have. I was then patronised by the PC over one month of my medical history and told the surgeon I chose had an attitude problem and was a diva. This does not put you at ease when you're about to hand over £5000. Not only was the service diabolical but you don't even meet with your surgeon first! You meet with a PC who gives you information you could have been given over the phone! The service is not tailored in the slightest to you as a person which is SO WRONG given how much of a personal procedure it is. Minus 10!! Pay the extra and go see a surgeon in his private clinic not a fast food style chain service. The PC here (I won't mention her name as her manager is well aware) really let them down.

Whilst initially I was pleased with my rhinoplasty, since then I've always had TO blow my ones consistently. As a result I'm not entirely happy with it
