What an amazing doctor with amazing staff. I had breast augmentation with Dr. Kayser and I have never been happier. They look wonderful, I feel great and the whole office works with you to make you feel cared for and comfortable. They make you feel like you are their only patient from consult to follow-ups after surgery (and I know he is a very busy and popular surgeon). I believe he is one of the best at what he does which is why I healed so quickly with no complications. Thank you to the entire staff!

I am so grateful to have found Image by design, the staff and Dr. Kayser were so good to me and helped me with my decision to have fat grafting/liposuction. I have so much more self confidence and love my bikini body. He is very knowledgeable with fat grafting and I highly recommend this place.

The scariest part about plastic surgery is finding a good surgeon that you can trust. I did not know who to go to. I read many reviews online and did my research. Based on reviews, Dr. Kayser was one of my first choices. I then asked a friend of mine who had the same procedure done, who she had gone too. When she told me the she and another friend of hers as well, went to Dr. Kayser and were very pleased with there results, I decided that he must be the one. I am sooooo happy with my results! Dr. Kayser and his team are amazing! They are so friendly and welcoming, and they made this such a great experience for me. Everyone in his office is so sweet and caring. Dr. Kayser is very professional and has a wonderful personality. I would recommend all my friends and family to him in a heart beat. I cannot say enough just how happy I am that I choice Dr. Kayser. I would give him 100 stars if I could! My results are amazing and I couldn't be happier.

Dr. kayser and his team are very professional and knowledgeable in the field of cosmetic surgery and reconstructive surgery. I had a breast reduction and lift in 2009 and fast forward 8 years my breast are still exceeding my expectations. I look amazing! Perfect cup size and minimal scars. I will be utilizing Dr. Kayser in the near future for another cosmetic procedure.

I have been a patient of Dr. Kayser’s for 10 years. I originally had implants ten years ago and last week I had them taken out. He did an amazing job! Dr. Kayser is very professional and has a great energy about him. He makes you feel so comfortable. His staff is very warm and professional! I would recommend Dr. Kayser to anyone looking for any type of plastic surgery. Also, I had researched about 5 surgeons in the area and by far Dr. Kayser was the most thorough and kind!
