Dr. Gdalevitch is a wonderful surgeon and human being. She takes the time to answer all your questions to make you feel at ease no matter how many or silly. My experience was nothing but positive! She also ensures the after sales service is second to none. Highly recommend for any procedure.

In January 2022, I went to Phi Plastic Surgery for buccal fat pad removal and a nonsurgical nose job after reading good reviews. I found the procedures more painful than expected based on research. A few days afterwards, I began experiencing increased pain and swelling on one side of my mouth and contacted the clinic and sent pictures on 2 different occasions. I was told everything looked normal. Finally, after 3 days, I went to the emergency room because the pain was unbearable and I suspected an infection. I had received simple aftercare instructions and a prescription for a mouthwash. It was confirmed I had an infection in one of the incisions and had to receive IV antibiotics every 6 hours for 4 days. I live 2 hours away from the clinic so coming in was not an option. The ER Dr. suggested I contact the clinic to let them know about my infection. When speaking to the Dr, she asked about me taking the antibiotics she prescribed. I responded that I did not have anything prescribed to me other than a mouthwash. Upon looking into my file, she was like "Wow, I forgot to give you antibiotics" ... This was my first plastic surgery experience and needless to say it was horrible. While the team was nice enough, I was prompted to write this review because still after 7 months, I am experiencing continued numbness/loss of feeling around my lower jaw, still have scar tissue and ZERO noticeable results. My advise is to spend the extra $$ and go elsewhere. I was given no apology, compensation or any other remedial measures, which understandably is my own fault given it is a completely voluntary procedure, but I just wanted to warn others considering this procedure. With regards to the nonsurgical nose job, considering I had redness and swelling for 1 month afterwards, and how painful it was, it is 100% not worth it. I suggested going somewhere else and get a real nose job.
