Dont go there for a nosejob. I went to see another doctor and he told me i had no more bone on my left side. I cant believe this guy is supposed to be a professional. Ugh.

This is the first time I dare to talk about it in public, I preferred to say that I had a car accident which deformed my nose, but it's Dr. Jean-Raymond Spénard who demolished my life the day I went to have a Septorhinoplasty operation in 2010 and at the last minute he asked me if I wanted to have the bridge of my nose lightly sanded because it was slightly square, and I had the misfortune to say yes... my life has never been the same since that day, the sanding he did to me is so pronounced that on one side there is a hole in the nose bone I can run my finger through and touch my nostril, the other side a very pronounced and asymmetrical curve makes my nose "S" shaped. I had a very pretty, very symmetrical nose, I don’t even understand how it got there…. the self-esteem problems started, I no longer recognized myself, it wasn't me, I still don't believe it, I have now been on total disability since 2017, too many repercussions as a result, because I I have been to see dozens of the most renowned specialists in Quebec, one of the best who practices at the Hôtel Dieu in Quebec where the most advanced equipment is installed for the most difficult cases of nose reconstruction and nothing can be done , there's not enough bone structure and cartilage left to repair anything the only option would be to remove everything that's left of my nose and put in a prosthesis... and most prostheses end up piercing the skin and come out… so I have no option this nose flattens on one side and deviates to the right and then to the left is mine forever…. Just writing these lines is indescribably painful... I went back to see him to ask him to correct this, very naively, because he told me that it was his greatest success, that he did not want to touch it…. Because he knew he couldn't do any more retouching, but instead of being honest he preferred to lie to my face and tell me that it was the most beautiful surgery he had done... monstrous... I had 23 years..

I had rhinoplasty surgery by this person. It was to straighten the tip of the deviated nose (especially visible in profile), except that the result of the operation ended with the tip of the nose still deviated and other asymmetries at the level of the nose and nostril added during the 'operation. This surgeon obviously doesn't know much about rhinoplasty, except that he sold me the operation as easy and worry-free. Absolutely to be avoided.

A complete idiot who thinks you're an idiot. Lack of good manners and condescending. Prescribed cortisone cream for tinnitus just to keep the pharmacy on the first floor rolling. Mercantile “medicine”.

I was operated on by this doctor in 2013 and I was very satisfied with his work, the result met my expectations and the doctwur was very available despite the Christmas holidays.
