The front staff is amazing here. Jamie was awesome, had so much energy, definitely makes me want to come back. Cindy did Botox for my upper lip and she was fabulous. She is very knowledgeable and love how personable she was. She really cared about the end results I wanted and made me feel really comfortable going in. The clinic is gorgeous as well and very welcoming.

Dr. Jaggi did a decent job on an Alarplasty, but I was very surprised at the customer service I recieved by his nurse Cindy. There was alot of disorganization with the scheduling and payment and when I brought this up the day before surgery she was disrespectful and argumentative, laughing and raising her voice, telling me I was the one with a poor attitude and refused to let me talk to the doctor, saying "anything you need goes through me because Im the office manager". If I hadn't already paid a non refundable deposit I would have gone elsewhere. For a surgeon's office where customers pay several thousand for a procedure this is quite unacceptable. You do not yell and argue with a client the day before they go in for surgery. I am happy with my results thankfully but I tell people they shouldn't come here. If I could choose again I would pick a doctor that was a plastic surgeon instead of ENT that does cosmetic surgery. As well I felt that he was quite focused on profit and upselling, for example suggesting me to get the overpriced scar cream they sold in the lobby. Alot of clinics put the consultation fee towards the price of the procedure which they do not. I do like the office, very beautifully decorated and the private room for cosmetic procedure clients is a nice touch.

When Spafford fixed my septum and I still had trouble breathing deeper/further into my nostrils Jaggi showed me with a camera wire where my nose was blocked and needed to be repaired, then insisted I go back to Spafford to "fix his mess" and that if it's "Spafford's problem Spafford should deal with it." He refused to help, acted like a child, and shouted these things while holding the door open for me to leave. If you have seen a doctor you can't see another one - according to this compassionate man of service.

Was waiting nervously in pre op room right before my nose surgery and dr jaggi comes in and says “what are we doing again?” Couldn’t believe it thought he was joking made me feel like he wasn’t prepared and didn’t care. Even during the initial appointment it felt like he was trying to hurry me out and didn’t want to listen to my questions or concerns. Wasn’t satisfied with surgery and regret going to him.
