I traveled across country to have Dr Chugay do my hip implants and i am very glad I did. The entire experience was a pleasure from beginning to end. Everyone in the office was enjoyable to work with. It was clear Dr Chugay would do anything he could to produce the best outcome for me. The surgery results were better than I could ever dream. Thank you and i look forward to working with Dr Chugay again..

We recently had the pleasure of speaking with several patients that had recent surgery with Chugay Cosmetic Surgery Clinic in Long Beach. To see and hear the tears of joy from happy customers was overwhelming. Having referred a number of new customers to Doctor Chugay and hearing this reinforcement of excellence in patient care has solidified our relationship. Thank you Docter Chugay

this "doctor" is the absolute worst i have ever encountered. First he pulled a bait and switch on me...told me he would do one thing then did another...second after the surgery he lied to me...said he had never seen my situation before when in fact the guy that is his right hand man and has been working with him in the office for years said they had seen this problem many times. The most frustrating thing about it was he just didnt seem to know what he was talking about. All he seems to know is his specific surgeries...cut...sew. He didnt know the muscle structure or what activities activated any of the muscles in question. All said and done he gave me back half of my surgery costs because even he couldnt tell the difference between the before and after shots. I went through all that pain and continued suffering for absolutely no visual gain and I will have to pay to have it fixed!! The really disgusting part of it all is that even though i have had continued problems with his work he refuses even to get on the phone and answer questions about what he did so that another doctor can treat the problem...this guy in my opinion is a scum bag feeding off of people that trust him...shame on him. Im sure the limited good reviews he has are from family or friends..... Please reconsider if youre thinking of using him as your doctor. "DR" Chugay gets a zero rating in my book!!
