This place is very dishonest. They don’t deserve my one star. I paid $2,000 and hoped to finance the rest. I was assured that I would be able to finance but should wait 30 days before the procedure. I asked to finance no more than $5K. They put almost $10K in the application and it was declined. I have asked for a refund. I get no responses. When I call, they manager is NEVER available or the person answering pretends that they cannot hear due to bad phone service. They are attentive as long as you are paying money. After they get your payments, all of that changes and they are difficult to reach. They write responses under these reviews to try and discredit the reviewers. They lie and scheme. Don’t believe them. I have since hired a lawyer and have every intention to sue to get my refund. Save yourself the trouble and find a better place for your procedure.

Dr. Harry was very good he did a great job over all with my lipo 360 and BBL however the staff is rude on the 3rd floor young Hispanic young girl had a bad attitude. My appointment was at 12:00 did get to the back till like 3:00 they seem to need more staff .. they need a Black Staff cause most of them don’t speak English well.

They show interest in your progress and that also leads you to repeat. I also opt for their services because the element "relax" and "wellness" that make me feel is something that is above the treatments. I had problems with one and they changed it for another one without problem. When I go I feel relaxed, comfortable, considerate. Their professionals are special not only for their knowledge but for the excellence of their treatment.

I had a Mommy Makeover with Dr Chavez. Super happy. She was very attentive and I love my results. New Life sometimes the wait times are long, but I think the staff tries. It gets crowded with all the doctors there but I think it’s worth it.

I have my surgery scheduled with the wonderful and talented Dr. Dowbak and I am very excited. But what made my experience amazing this far has been my coordinator Melissa! She is outstanding, from the moment we spoke I felt like I was speaking to an old friend or family member, she is so sweet and answered all my questions. Even the questions I thought were probably dumb, she never made me feel like that. She is very quick to respond to all my calls and texts. Just an overall sweet person. I was stuck on choosing between New Life plastic surgery and another plastic surgery facility and Melissa attentiveness and kindness made all the difference, and made it easy to choose New Life. I quickly booked with New life and I can’t wait to get my BBL and meet the Queen!
