After several years of contemplating breast augmentation, I followed the advice of my three girlfriends who also had previously summoned the expertise of Dr. James Romanelli. Due to my intensive exercise regimen, my breast size had diminished and so I greatly desired an enhancement. From the first consultation to the day of my surgery and continuing with my occasional check-up appointments, Dr. Romanelli and his staff were genuinely interested in providing the most caring and professional environment for their patients. As my goal was to achieve the most appropriate, natural looking size for my body, Dr. Romanelli and his nurse were more than enthusiastic to help me make the right decision to assure my happiness with the results. Through the use of digital video imaging and their expert advice, I was extremely comfortable with the choice I made and overwhelmingly satisfied with the outcome. Originally hesitant about choosing silicone implants as well, Dr. Romanelli and his staff members put my mind at ease with the information they provided me and their confidence in the product and implant company with which the practice associates. What an amazing experience I have had throughout this cosmetic process and I cannot thank Dr. Romanelli and his staff enough for how truly wonderful I look and feel!

I recently had a breast augmentation done by Dr. Romanelli about 2 and a half weeks ago. I will continue to and already have recommended him to everyone I know looking to have a procedure done. From my first consultation to my check up appointment I had nothing but amazing experiences with the Doctor and the entire office staff. The procedure was done quickly, comfortably, and accurately. They exceeded everyone of my expectations and I am so happy with the outcome! Exactly what I wanted and well worth the money! Great job and THANK YOU Dr. Romanelli!!!

Dr. Romanelli, his nurse practitioners, and all of his staff are very welcoming and genuine. I felt comfortable immediately after stepping foot in his office. I was very apprehensive about my procedure (a breast reduction), but Dr. Romanelli put me at ease. He did not push surgery on me; he discussed non-surgical options as well as risks vs. benefits and possible physical and emotional outcomes, but ultimately the decision was one I made on my own. Having already tried most of the non-surgical alternatives, I opted for the surgery. The office staff took care of all the legwork (insurance, paperwork, etc.), so I had one less thing to worry me before and after the procedure. After my surgery, I am more confident that I've ever been in my adult life and I wish I'd had the opportunity to do this sooner. Every day, I'm happier than I was the day before. Thank you!
