Dr. Tong performed my neck lipo and neck lift, and the results exceeded my expectations. I chose to undergo the procedure with anesthesia, which really helped put me at ease—and the recovery was surprisingly smooth. At my consultation, I followed Dr. Tong’s advice on how to maximize my results, and I couldn’t be happier. The transformation is so dramatic, I honestly can’t stop looking at myself!

My experience with Yorkville Institute of Plastic Surgery was excellent from start to finish. From my initial consultation appointment to surgery day, to post-op care and follow-up, the team has been professional, knowledgeable, and very compassionate in their care-giving. Their office and medical spaces, including the operating room were impeccably clean and orderly making me comfortable and confident in the overall process. Also, Dr.Tong has a very high standard and worked to ensure that my results were amazing (and they were!). I would highly recommend this top-notch medical practice to anyone considering plastic surgery!

Dr. Lawrence Tong is a top notch surgeon. I had multiple consultations across Toronto and decided to go with this practice for an abdominoplasty, and I couldn’t be happier. I highly recommend Dr. Tong because he took the time to understand what bothered me, he did not try to upsell additional products or procedures, and the final results exceeded my expectations. I had a smooth recovery, zero complications and it looks quite natural. Despite running a busy practice, he was attentive, meticulous and compassionate during my appointments. I’m about six weeks post-op from my first cosmetic procedures, which included a lip lift, transconjunctival lower blepharoplasty, and nasolabial fold fillers. From the consultation to the surgery itself, everyone from the office staff to the surgical team was incredibly kind and patient. I especially appreciated Dr. Tong’s calm and unrushed manner during consultations, which helped ease a lot of my pre-surgery anxiety. The day of surgery went smoothly although I was nervous. The nurses and the anesthesiologist were very kind and reassuring that everything would be okay. The surgery itself was surprisingly easy with the general anesthesia. I would say Dr. Tong has a gentle hand with a natural touch and I had no issues with pain post op. As for the results, I'm really loving all the procedures I had done. I see a huge improvement in my under eye, nasolabial folds, and lips. Everything was a subtle but noticeable improvement overall to my face. It's still too early to tell what my final results will be with my lip lift, especially how the scar will continue to progress but so far it seems to be doing okay. Continuing to monitor it closely for the next couple months. Hopefully the scar continues to heal and improve. Overall really happy with the procedures I had done and very happy I went with Dr. Tong.

Dr. Tong and his team provided an exceptional experience from start to finish. He was patient, understanding, and took the time to answer all my questions thoroughly before my BA procedure. The recovery was easy, smooth and nearly painless, adding to the overall positive experience. His head nurse, Jean, was also fantastic—she checked in the day after surgery and responded to my emails promptly. While the office has many medical staff members, I had the pleasure of working with Shannon at the front desk, who was an absolute joy. Professional, skilled, and attentive, Dr. Tong’s team delivers beautiful results and top-notch care. Worth every penny!
