Lynette is a wonderful professional who exceeds in providing the highest standards in customer service, skin care knowledge, and overall professionalism. I’ve suffered with acne scarring all my life on my face, both left and right cheeks. I was looking for treatments to minimize the scarring. During my first consult with Lynette, she immediately made me feel welcomed and comfortable. We discussed my many options and I was extremely impressed with her extensive knowledge of PRP facials and lasers. Five treatments later, I couldn’t be any more pleased! Lynette was very honest with me from the very beginning and kindly elaborated on the challenges and risks I would be facing. Through Lynette’s guidance and highly skilled skin care knowledge, we’ve been able to achieve dramatic and impressive results. I am extremely happy and so thankful I found Lynette! I also give five stars to Dr. Richards. I initially met with him for a nose job, however in the end, I decided I no longer need one 😊 In addition, his team of professionals have always made me feel welcomed. They are all very polite and attentive to your needs. This practice is by far second to none.

*I don’t use my real name on here, for personal reasons. I will book an appointment to see if I want to redo here or stick with another. However, saying that it’s a simple correction is not true. That’s me having to redo the surgery and be out of work again as I’m in the adult industry.* I got a breast augmentation mid December, 2016. I’ve given plenty of time to heal, settle, always did my massages, wore my supportive bra, rubbed the incision like instructed, etc. staff was very friendly and attentive. I have no complaints with them whatsoever. The scars are almost invisible (except for one small spot on my right breast... I went under the muscle, under the breast.) The reason I’m only giving 2 stars is because I had a consultation with another doctor (lane smith.) and he even straight told me they bottomed out. (One side more than the other. So they’re uneven.) Not only that, but he didn’t stitch the side of one so it falls into my armpit. I’m honestly so disappointed as I was originally going to go to lane smith but a friend convinced me otherwise. Now, even if they do offer cheaper “corrections” idk if I trust him to redo mine.

I cannot thank Dr Richards and his team ENOUGH for not only giving me an incredible experience prior to and leading up to surgery but for my results after! Truly Life changing and even better than I could have ever imagined! I went from a 38A to a 38DDD with Silicone Implants! His recommendations and consideration throughout the process was a cut above exceeding expectations! If I ever consider any other treatments, or even going bigger haha I wouldn’t consider Anyone else! Thank you Thank you Again!
