Took my son to Dr Zieg to have a scar removed on his head. The staff was very nice and Dr Z was charming, of course, his M.O., apparently. He assured us, after NUMEROUS questions from my skeptical son, that the procedure would only have a pencil thin scar that would easily be covered by his hair. NOT TRUE! Dr Zieg, literally left a “Z” scar almost a 1/2” in thickness on his head. IT CAN NOT BE COVERED UP BY HIS HAIR UNLESS ITS 3” long in that spot. (Which is 2 1/2 “ in overall size, original scar was 1” in diameter) I suppose he could have a “chili bowl” cut or “man bun” the rest of his life. (He tells everyone “it’s a battle scar”. Battle, indeed.) He is constantly being questioned about it. It turned into a nightmare for my son. We all know about peer pressure. When we tried to work out some sort of solution, repair, refund, etc., we were met with the fifth amendment. Our only recourse was a lawsuit... Wouldn’t recommend Dr Z to anyone.

Absolutely horrible. The first time I went in there I felt rushed and didn’t get any information that I really needed. They seem rushed and in and out a lot and don’t take what you want into consideration. I went in with a b/c cup was told I could use the saline, the lady sized me told me that they would take away the loose skin and also the stretch marks. They put in 460cc saline. They look the way they did when I went in. Everything I wanted fixed just multiplied by two. My goals were round full volume at top and to take care of any sagginess. Once they settled I have barely any volume at top. They look heavy and they already sag at 4 months post. I went in to ask for help to fix them and he suggested fat graphing. Remind you, I’m a smaller girl to begin with. And even with that it may not make a big difference. Which would cost 6,500. I’m now stuck with finding another surgeon to touch me. Which I call back today and they say they could fix them for another 6,000. I would never go back to this place. I’ve heard dr Orr is absolutely amazing, and a few others. Read your reviews and do your research. It’s all about the money and they do not care about patients goals.

I had a BBL performed by Dr. Zieg. He lied about how much fat he could harvest to be injected after I told him his initial expectation (much less) wasn’t worth the cost. After the procedure (and still 1 year later) my stomach, where he removed the fat, is completely deformed and lumpy. My butt never took shape. He would blow off my concerns during follow-ups and assure me the results could take 6-12 months. My body is ruined and $9,000 down the drain. Not to mention he is rude and exhibits uncomfortable and odd Dr/patient engagement. I wish I would have done more research as I have never regretted anything so much in my life. Please do thorough research on plastic surgeons if you’re considering cosmetic procedures. The surgeon you choose will make or break your results!

I do not recommend it. ...The people who work there are very nice, but I'm not happy with the results ... I changed my implants for bigger ones but the doctor did a very bad job. ...I had to go to another doctor....

Nothing but good things to say about Dr.Ziegs office! Very personable from the moment you walk in the door. They take the time to explain things and make recommendations without being pushy what so ever. Maddy is so sweet and great at what she does as well!
