Review for aesthetic services - DO NOT GO! Found this place on Groupon and website looked decent.. big mistake. They clearly do not perform these services routinely. Had issue from beginning with booking appt. for my â€œclarifying facial package.â€ Waited for 40 min in waiting room. They took me to a regular doctorâ€™s office exam room and sat me on the exam table. No spa table, towels/robe, steam machine, etc. Then spent a total of 15-20 min rubbing in various products on my face with a cotton pad. Face began to burn so told the aesthetician who rubbed it off with toner (no washcloth or basin to wash it off) and came out looking like I had 2nd degree burns on my face. Aesthetician clearly didnâ€™t know what was in the product she was applying and was freaking out as she tried to manage my face. Two days later skin starting sloughing off. Basically got a chemical peel without appropriate application. Would avoid this place for at all costs. Theyâ€™re frauds.

If I could give 0 stars I would. STAY AWAY from this place!! I came in for a consultation(30 minutes tops) in March of 2017. I paid the required $75 to see her. Fast forward to August of 2018, yes 2018, and I get a bill for $371. I call both the Bootstaylor office and my insurance to find out what this bill was about. They filed a claim with my insurance company for $1500(for a consultation), of which they received 70% payment back in June of 2017. They waited until August of 2018 to send me a bill because it somehow "slipped through the cracks". At that point I wasn't even working and had spent everything from my health savings account because, of course, this was nowhere on my radar. Nevermind that no other physician I consulted with charged either me or my insurance company this much money for a consultation---who in their right mind waits 15 months to send a bill??!! This is exactly why I decided to go to a different plastic surgeon back in December 2017 when I actually had the surgery. They are incompetent and unprofessional. I couldn't even get anyone to give me a direct answer for how much I would have to pay out of pocket for the procedure I wanted. If you want professionalism and ethics, go somewhere else...Also, don't be fooled into thinking that if you have Cigna you are in network with the office because that's false too.

I had a procedure about a decade ago by Dr. Bootstaylor and she instantly remembered me after my 10 year hiatus. She is an excellent surgeon who gave me long lasting results. Dr. Bootstaylor has an attentive bedside manner. She listens to your desires, educates you on how your body naturally changes and she is honest about how you can achieve your long term body goals.
