Doctor and staff were absolutely amazing through the entire process! There were no hidden fees. Katie stayed in constant contact with me from start to finish. Dr Diederich called and checked on me after all of my procedures.. even while he was on vacation/training seminar out of state after a minor procedure I had before he left! All of the staff were extremely helpful with any question I had and I enjoyed going into the office because I knew I would be treated with kindness and that they truly cared! I would recommend MidAmerica Plastic Surgery and The Spa at MidAmerica to everyone I know!

I had a breast augmentation in June. The staff was incredible from the time I came in for a consultation and continued to be amazing through my final appointment. I never felt uncomfortable which is a huge thing for me. The three million questions I had were always answered in depth and they never got annoyed with my multiple emails or phone calls. The facility is beautiful and very clean. Such a friendly atmosphere. The results from my augmentation are incredible and I’m extremely happy with the way I look now. Another nice quality of this facility, is the location. It’s that it’s very easy to get to, no crazy St. Louis traffic. Overall very satisfied with MidAmerica Plastic Surgery. I highly recommend it.

From start to finish I was very impressed with the office of Dr. Diederich. The staff was always pleasant and prompt, my questions were always addressed and Katie always made me feel comfortable with any of my concerns. Dr. Diederich took his time to explain my procedures and gave me thorough explanations of everything he was doing and what I was to expect. The outcome of my mommy makeover far exceeded my expectations! I'm thrilled that I chose MidAmerica Plastic Surgery for my surgery. I would 1000% refer any of my friends and family that are looking to receive Plastic Surgery in the near future.

Dr.Diederich and his staff provided exceptional care before and after my procedure. From the moment of my first appointment I felt at ease knowing they cared as much as they did. They were so patient with all of my questions and concerns. Dr.Diederich did a great job of helping me understand everything I needed to know from pre-op to post-op care, while Allison was always so quick to answer any of my questions. Allison was always so helpful and even took the extra time to check-in with me after my surgery to ensure my incision was healing. I have never received such great care from a doctor and staff prior to this experience. I’m beyond blessed for my results and the exceptional care I received. I highly recommend MidAmerica Plastic Surgery to anyone and will never regret my decision to pick such an amazing doctor and staff to help me in my journey. My results are amazing and even better than I imagined.

I had a blepharoplasty (eyelid lift) in summer of 2021 and it has been life changing. Dr Ryan and his staff patiently listened to me and delivered a streamlined and professional service. The bruising only lasted for about 10 days and now I look like a younger, happier person with minimal scarring. I am beyond pleased with the results. Would highly recommend MidAmerica Plastic Surgery!
