Dr Granzow and his team are the best. They are not only brilliant at what they do, but they are personable, thoughtful and you really feel as their patient in the best hands. I would recommend him to anyone and it has been a 10 out of 10 experience for me.

Dr. Granzow and his staff were exceptional. Dr. Granzow was extremely calming and encouraged multiple visits to answer all my questions. On my initial visit he was so professional, detailed, but still had a real humanistic approach. I was so happy with my recovery and results. I have a renewed self esteem! This is two part ... Not only is DR. Granzow's work amazing, Shayla was so helpful, kind, and a scheduling maven. She took all the hard work out of making it happen. She really did everything to make the pre op clearance , appointments, surgery, and post op appointments. She genuinely understands, and makes the entire process from start to finish seamless.

I recently completed successful surgical treatment for Lymphedema with Dr. Jay Granzow, and I couldn’t be more pleased. When I first met him a year and a half ago, I’d been living with increasingly problematic Upper Extremity Lymphedema as a result of breast cancer for over a decade. Despite good therapy and diligent self-care, my quality of life was going downhill. Being in my early sixties, it was clear that the discomfort, infection risks, and lost ability to pursue my career as a classical pianist would never improve with standard treatment, but would only deteriorate further. So, when I learned from my Lymphedema therapist about Dr. Granzow’s reputation and pioneering work, I scheduled a consultation. Dr. Granzow struck me as competent and caring from the moment I met him. Best of all, he wanted to be very clear on my particular history and present condition, and then objectively determine whether or not I was a candidate for surgical treatment. And he wanted me to understand the treatments he specializes in, so he sent me home with several of his many peer-reviewed medical journal articles. After tests determined that I was a candidate, I underwent two stages of surgery, with life-changing results. Some of the recovery was tough, but I’ve gotten a huge prize: in a word, stability! I can again pursue my career and other physical activities, the risk of infection is virtually gone, I’m comfortable, and I am free of compression garments for a good part of every day. Each one of these is a gift I never thought possible. Dr. Granzow and his staff are passionate about what they do, and work as a team for their patients. I’ve not only benefited from their expertise, but Dr. Granzow and his staff have always shown genuine concern for my welfare. Not all Lymphedema surgeons are the same. The special skills required for such complex treatment are incredibly varied. I am grateful that Dr. Granzow is very active and eager to continue developing this exciting field of medicine. And on top of that he is a really good human being, as is everyone on his staff. I can never adequately thank him for the difference he has made to my life. I’m proud to call him my doctor – my favorite doctor of all time!
