Dr. Spring is amazing and so is all her office staff. Had surgery 10/30. Would highly recommend. Outcome was better than expected. Very professional and courteous.

I was referred to Dr. Hromadka from a surgeon in another city and I am so glad I was! My experience was first rate from start to finish. I highly recommend Dr. Hromadka, he and his team are all consummate professionals who took good care of me. Dr. Hromadka is a highly skilled surgeon and I am so very pleased with my results. He has a wonderful bed side manner; always respectful and patient with my needs. He really listened and I really felt at ease in his care. Glacier View Plastic Surgery is a team of true professionals who exude warmth, kindness with clear coaching and an eagerness to respond quickly to my needs. How lucky are we, to have such a gifted surgical team in Kalispell. They are a gem to be found in rural Montana.

I should have asked how many of this procedure the surgeon had done before. It is going to be about 10k to fix, and was all due to poor technique and inexperience. The office staff was fine. The surgeon was nice. The results were the worse case scenario in the textbooks.

-Dishonesty of pricing- I was charged with $125 for consultation fee up front for laser tattoo removal, and told each session will cost $75. I made sure to verify with front desk and the surgeon that the cost will be waived after each treatment. That the $125 consultation fee will be used towards the $75 treatment. THEN later I GOT BILLED THREE DIFFERENT TIMES -Bad customer service- I called back 3 times and each time the answer was "let me check with my manager and will call you back." I was not given a specific time frame, so I have to ask myself. They said they will give me an answer by the end of the day or the next day. AGAIN, no phone call back, but Instead I got another bill. My tattoo is very small, the size of a pea. 2ND update: they finally took care of the bill after three phone calls, just scheduled for another appointment, hopefully all goes well (Also I added one more star from 3-->4 stars.

Dr. Spring and staff were very helpful and professional. She did an amazing job with my surgery and is really good about seeing her patients through the recovery process.
