North Valley Plastic Surgery

STOP! Don't go to this place. Been going here for years and today I tried to book appointment for Botox injections and they wanted me to pay upfront for my visit. When have you ever been to a place where they know how much units you'll need before seeing your face by talking to you over the phone. The woman on the phone wanted to charge me 100 units @ $7.50 each total amount $750. Crazy! Never will I go here again!

I actually had a few anti-aging non-surgical procedures done and the staff is great and I saw results within 24 hours. The price is reasonable and I will continue to use them for a long time to come. Ask for Karen she is the best.

My surgeon was Dr Gott I had the worst experience ever my results were awful I emailed them for a follow-up and I never got a response I even send them pictures of my ugly results I was botched

Everything was absolutely amazing, every time I had an appointment they got me in and out super quick, and the staff was very friendly, and welcoming. I am 4 weeks post op after receiving silicone breast implants, and i couldn't be happier with my results. Thank you Dr. Philpott!!!!

July 2016- I underwent my plastic surgery "ADVENTURE" with Dr Ethan Philpott. Day of surgery I was delayed a start time of 3.5 hrs. Appt was 8AM and finally left the facility at 9:45PM. I had liposuction and breast augmentation completed. The following day for post op I was informed of a tragic situation, that had occurred the day of my surgery which was the reason for the delay. If I was informed of this before going under, I would of canceled my surgery. However, I wasn't so I understood the situation and still remained a very obliging patient. Also at the post op appt I was already hurting abnormally on my left side. Dr. Philpott then explains to me that "I'm lucky he knows his anatomy that he almost knicked a artery in my left arm".... Aside from that issue and the numbness that still resides in my left arm. I developed capsular contracture in my left breast. At my 8 wk post op Dr Ethan Philpott suggested that we complete another surgery to help with the high implants. I agree, still being a devoted, following protocol patient. I show up October 2016 for pre op for the revision surgery and was told Dr Ethan Philpott was no longer at this location. I'm hurt mentally and physically, confused and feel very NEGLECTED... I've since had treatment completed with another surgeon, paying 2x now. Luckily I found someone that would even take me. Most surgeons wouldn't touch me, too risky. North Valley Plastic Surgery was the worse place to pick, for what was suppose to be a happy exciting time. The office manager, Liza is awful and was left to manage a company that she apparently has no intellect about in regards to customer service and what patient abandonment is. My advice is to stay away from this place and whatever doctors they've managed to round up as fill in....
