Professional, friendly and amazingly talented! The staff at Southwest Plastic Surgery took care of me from the moment I stepped into their facility. Margie and Ysette made my experience at Southwest Plastic Surgery nothing short of blissful with their skillful needle work and colorful personality I felt safe. These people are miracle workers! I've gotta say I look at least 10 years younger. To be brief I had filler on my lips, undereye and cheek. The procedures were smooth, quick and minimal discomfort if any. I would definitely recommend them to anyone of my family members and or friends!

I had a surgery with them So disappointed with the results!!. They will surprise you at the day of the surgery that you will not see results immediately It takes 6months to a year!!. Second After 4 months I went to check and he told me I have to work out and go to gym!!. THANKS for the advice Doctor, you should of adviced me before the Surgury If I want to go to the gym that will be cheaper than the surgery. I’m ending up paying $260 dollars a month for nothing. You will know when you see the doctor shape and body !!! You should do it to yourself and make yourself as an example for other!. I DO NOT recommend this place to anyone

Since my very first visit to Southwest Plastic Surgery I have had a wonderful experience every time! From the amazing Hydrafacials to the breast augmentation, I have been so satisfied with everything! Dr. Palladino has been very professional and very honest with all questions and has been able to explain all procedures extensively. Margie, the RN has been equally wonderful!! Visiting the Medspa and having treatments with Margie is like visiting your best friend and getting a great treatment at the same time!!! Overall, I would recommend Southwest Plastic Surgery hands down for anything from surgery to Medspa treatments.

I started going to SW Plastic Surgery in February, I started off with the Hydro-facials, that I HIGHLY recommend. The difference in my skin from before and after is incredible. I always get complimented on my flawless skin because I do these treatments monthly with them. From the moment I first walked into their office, their staff is so friendly and welcoming. They are very prompt with appointments and make everything so smooth. The decor at the office is first class, you feel like if you are in a Beverly Hills office. The doctors are so kind, and always available. Definitely the best Plastic Surgeons in El Paso!

They are WONDERFUL!!! And all my results have been amazing. I've done some Botox fillers and I'm removing some unwanted tattoos. Never disappointed and I absolutely love all the staff. They've been extremely professional as well as courteous and extremely friendly. The entire staff and doctors are knowledgable in every field so you never feel uncomfortable. Highly recommend them!!! Thank you everyone for all that you do! Especially Erika, Jackie, Ariel and Dr. Agullo!!!
