I have visited the office in Sierra Vista and in Tucson and find them to be very pleasant and professional. The medical and dermatological procedures we have received their have been very interesting and effective. The offices are comfortable and welcoming and the staff delightful and pleasant. Having only a two-week period of time that I could fit a procedure into comfortably, they worked with my schedule and fit me in. I was very pleased with my experiences at both offices.

Staff is super friendly. Made my experience great and very informative. Didn’t try to push products on me and just was great over all experience. 5 stars

The staff was very customer service friendly and caring. The wait was very short to see the doctor. I was amazed at how much knowledge the knew about my condition. He took his time and explained all the details to me. I was so impressed I am going to go back for another issue because of the wonderful service I received.

This was my first visit to the practice after a nasty dog bite. I was scheduled quickly and was able to see Dr Moenster two days later. Which was exactly when I needed a 2 week ER follow up! Dr Moenster was great and I felt relaxed and comfortable around her and all the staff. Interestingly, everyone in the waiting room seemed to be feeling the same way. I felt very buoyed by that initial visit. I am excited and expecting a great outcome!

Organized. Clean & nice. Friendly staff. Answer calls right away - no long holds. Quick scheduling - no waiting for weeks/months. Did a great job on Mohs surgery. Explained everything well, not just the what, where, when, how but also the WHY.
