Carmel Valley Facial Plastic surgery is by far the best! Dr.Karam is very professional and knows what he's doing. His staff is also very comforting and kind which is such a breathe of fresh air. My brother and I both got rhinoplasty with Dr.Karam and before we stopped by his office, we went to at least 10 different plastic surgeons and as soon as we made an appointment with this team we knew they were the obvious choice. We're both beyond thankful for choosing Dr.Karam as our surgeon because he has such an exceptional eye for what will fit your face and bring out your features. They will work with everyone and are not like the other plastic surgeons that just say what you want to hear instead, he gives it to you straight with his expert opinion. Getting surgery or anything done is a big deal and they made it go so smooth, fast, and to top it off after our surgery they sent us two bouquets of flowers and chocolate to our house which was so unexpected and truly shows you how different they are and how much they truly care for their patients. I can't say it enough, if you're trying to get anything done on your face be smart and go with Carmel Valley Facial Plastic Surgery . They never disappoint and we've been to so many different doctors and no one compares to Dr.Karam and his amazing staff!

Dr. Karam and his staff are the best. Everything he does looks natural and helps me look more youthful and a better version of myself. I highly recommend him and would not consider going to anyone else.

For some time, a little lump over my right cheek bone, had been really bothering me. It seemed to have formed when I got under eye fillers about 10 years ago. Unfortunately it appears some type of permanent filler was used and may have traveled down. At the same time, it felt as if the signs of aging at 48 appeared all of a sudden within the last 2 years! I looked tired and worn down, I had jowls forming, my lips had begun to curl down, my crow's feet were more like pterodactyl's(dinosaur bird) feet! I started discussing the possibility of seeing a plastic surgeon with my husband especially due to the little lump. My husband was very supportive and I began my research. I did a lot of research over the next few months until I came across Dr. Karam. I noted his extensive award winning reputation and chose to pay him a visit. I was extremely impressed with not only him, but his staff as well. His humble and warming personality were just wonderful and comforting. His honesty made me immediately feel I was in the right hands. He said that having work done to just remove the lump was impossible due to where it was and not knowing exactly what was used as a filler, however, getting a lateral brow lift with a short incision lift to correct the signs of aging would help the appearance of the lump tremendously. My biggest concern was to end up looking wind blown or obvious work done on my face. I work out, practice yoga, I am a holistic nutritionist by passion (but I do love make up) and I did not want to look fake! Let me say, I could not be happier. He gave me exactly what he promised. I got the lateral brow lift with the short incision neck lift and look amazing (at least vain me, family and friend think so). I look exactly like myself but yet so refreshed and youthful. My lump is slightly there but it is hardly noticeable. The way he prepares his patient is amazing as well. The care begins weeks before the surgery by advising on supplements and care to minimize bruising and swelling after. It helped me incredibly. I bruise easily and I hardly had bruising or swelling. Now that was amazing to me! Of course everyone is different, however, my experience was great. I am still slightly swollen in certain areas, but only I notice it. After one month of surgery, a friend who does not know I had surgery, came over yesterday. All she could say is how amazing I looked and asked what I was doing. She could not tell I had surgery at all! (I never told her) :-) I am so happy I did my research!

Dr. Karam is truly amazing! I did my homework when I was considering freshening up my look. I had heard about fat transfer from a friend and began doing some research on it. I "googled" before and after fat transfer photos, and every image I was impressed with, kept leading me back to Dr. Karam's website. Since I live in Cleveland, OH, my initial contact was over the phone. This proved to be a quite simple and thorough way to do the initial meetings. I first spoke to the office staff and then Dr. Karam. They answered all my exhaustive questions and gave me a list of at least 7 names for referrals. I decided to do several procedures as a more overall approach and couldn't be happier with the results. I look totally natural, just much better! I am so happy that I decided to travel to San Diego to have Dr. Karam perform these procedures. Love the results!
