I recently needed to have my wisdom teeth pulled and I chose to use Guyette Facial and Oral Surgery Center to have to the work done as they came very highly recommended from a friend. From the moment I walked into their beautiful Scottsdale facility I knew why my friend spoke so highly of the place. The staff was very friendly and professional. I was greeted with a smile and they quickly got me into my appointment. It was obvious that my comfort was their number one concern. Everything went smoothly with the removal of the teeth and I was allowed ample time to get myself recovered and ready for my ride home. I was fortunate to have no further complications with the procedure and I was reassured and and surprised to receive a phone call later that night from Dr. Guyette himself to make sure I was doing OK. The entire experience was positive and I am always recommending Guyette Facial and Oral Surgery Center to my friends and family.

I had jaw corrective Surgery for an under bite. I chose Dr. Guyette and the Facial and Oral Surgery center to have my procedure done after going through several other qualified doctors. His expertise in the industry and great team make everything worth while. His team always had a smile on their face, did everything they could to make me feel welcome and informed of what was going on. I have been through 9 major surgeries in 9 years since I was 19. Like every surgery, results are not 100% guaranteed, but I couldn't have felt more comfortable in the hands of Dr. Guyette and his team. His services were all worth the cost. Though there is always risk in surgery, I felt like my risk level was very low, and the outcome would be as I hoped it would be (and it was). I highly recommend Dr. Guyette and his team on days ending in -y! I would recommend them to family, friends, randoms, pretty much everyone. I couldn't be more happier with my results.

I had all 4 wisdom teeth (2 were impacted) extracted here. Dr.guyette did such an amazing job! I'd had heard from multiple people I trust to go here because they did such an amazing job, so I arrived with very high expectations and they still surpassed them! Every single person here was extremely nice, and made me feel very comfortable! I was very nervous upon arrive (anything dentist related gives me extreme anxiety) and by the time I was taken back for the procedure, they had put me completely at ease and eliminated any feelings of anxiety. I will only go here for any future procedures, and will only recommend this office to friends and family! Infact I had my wife come here for her wisdom teeth extraction also, and she received the same amazing care and professionalism I knew she would! 5 out of 5 stars!!!!!!!

I had four difficult wisdom teeth taken out by Dr. Guyette. He is a very experienced and caring doctor with an amazing staff. The entire process from start to finish was amazing.

I have continued to experience debilitating pain after a facelift performed by Dr. Guyette in October 2012. To date, March 2016, the damage done included a neuroma caused by trauma to my auricular nerve, lesser occipital nerve and transverse cervical nerve. My auriculotemporal nerve was damaged which caused shrinkage of my parotid gland so my mouth is now dry. The cosmetic outcome was poor which left me with redundant skin around my left eye and a large bulge of my right cheek. If Dr. Guyette had been forthcoming with the possibility of a neuroma, I would have not had an MRI which caused permanent hearing loss and tinnitus due to the tech not giving me hearing protection nor the panic bulb. Dr. Guyette is not board certified by the American Board of Facial Plastic and Reconstructive Surgery. My sister, a physician, recommended Dr. Guyette because she felt he would know his way "around nerves" and she had had injectables that she felt were well done. This is not even remotely what you should be looking for in cosmetic surgery. I urge you to look for a surgeon that specializes in facial cosmetic surgery only when undertaking such a serious procedure. His accolades have been for dentistry.
